Homemade meatballs, baked (from minced pork)

The product is ready for consumption. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes or in the oven preheated to 150°C, 5 - 7 minutes.

Ingredients: pork loin, mechanically deboned chicken leg, chicken fillet, onion, breadcrumbs, garlic, iodized salt, black pepper.

Expiration date: 48 hours. Storage conditions: temperature of +2...+4°C. Maximum relative humidity 75%. 

Energy value – 1428 kJ / 344.8 kcal; proteins – 16 g, fats – 19.8 g of which saturated fatty acids – 2.4 g, carbohydrates – 11.4 g, salt – 0.6 g.
