Why the operator is calling after order completion?

The operator obtains the information about delivery adress and all necessary details, so that the order would be delivered in time. He also asks about your individual preferences regarding ordered dishes.


What happens after the order is complete?

After the order is complete, our operator contacts you and asks you about delivery adress and your individual preferences concerning order. Then he calls the restaurant and puts your order to work. The restaurant informs the operator about preparation time and the operator calls you again and tells you the time in which your order will be delivered.


Is it not easier just to call the restaurant and order directly from them?

Institutions which deliver prepared food using Foodhouse service does not have their own order acceptance system and delivery service. Foodhouse service represents common call-center for all restaurants.


After completing an order I realised, that I want to make some changes. Can I inform operator about the changes when he calls?

Sure! Operator will make changes in your order. Also he will tell you about the changes in the price if that is the case.


My order is not being delivered for a long time. Where can I check my order status?
English

You can call us at 079 540 777 and ask operator about your order status.


Why can’t I order food from different restaurants?
English

Because the preparation time is different for each restaurant. That is why Foodhouse’s fundamental rule is “one restaurant- one delivery”.


I have restaurant’s discount card. Can use it?

Unfortunately there is no such possibility yet.


Can I pay with credit card?

Right now we accept payment in cash only.
