1.2. This Cookie Policy applies together with the Foodhouse Privacy Policy and the Foodhouse Public Offer.
1.3. This Cookie Policy governs exclusively the use of Cookies and similar technologies on the Website. General matters relating to the processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy.
1.4. The Operator uses Cookies and similar technologies to ensure the functioning of the Website, ensure security, retain necessary settings, analyze use of the Website, improve its performance, and, where an appropriate legal basis exists, for marketing and advertising purposes.
1.5. The use of Cookies through which personal data is processed is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation of the Republic of Moldova, including the requirements of Law No. 195/2024 on the Protection of Personal Data, as applicable from its date of entry into force.

7.2. Such technologies may be used to: a) measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns; b) analyze user interaction with advertising materials; c) form and analyze advertising audiences; d) optimize advertising campaigns; e) implement other marketing functions.
7.3. Depending on the technology used, technical data, identifiers, information about visits to the Website, and interaction with advertising materials may be processed.
7.4. Marketing and advertising Cookies whose use requires the user's consent are activated only after such consent has been obtained.
7.5. The user has the right to opt out of marketing Cookies or to withdraw previously given consent.
8. GOOGLE TAG MANAGER
8.1. Foodhouse uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage tags and technological integrations on the Website.
8.2. Google Tag Manager may be used to load and manage analytical, advertising, and other technological tags.
8.3. The use of Google Tag Manager does not automatically mean that all services connected through it are granted access to all user data.
8.4. Non-essential analytical and advertising technologies loaded through Google Tag Manager must be activated in accordance with the user's consent settings and applicable legislation.

11. REJECTION OF COOKIES AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
11.1. The user may refuse the use of non-essential Cookies through the relevant interface on the Website.

11.3. The user may withdraw consent given through the Cookie management interface.
11.4. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

13.5. Consent to the use of Cookies does not automatically constitute consent to other types of personal data processing that require separate consent.
14. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER

15.2. Depending on the browser, the user may be able to: a) allow or prohibit the use of Cookies; b) delete stored Cookies; c) block third-party Cookies; d) receive a notification before a Cookie is stored.

15.4. Browser settings do not replace the Website's consent management mechanism in cases where legislation requires the user's consent to be obtained and documented.

19. FINAL PROVISIONS
19.1. This Cookie Policy is a separate Foodhouse document and applies together with the Privacy Policy and the Public Offer.
19.2. The provisions of this Policy do not limit the rights of users granted to them under the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
19.3. If any individual provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall retain their legal force.
19.4. This Policy entered into force on August 23, 2026.
19.5. This Policy remains in effect until a new version thereof enters into force.
